Company owner is good person. Salary credited on time. Company leadership time to time addressing to employees

Managers behavior are very bad no work light balance ,not supporting hierarchy, HR policies only on paper. HR are not meeting to employees

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail

There is nothing to like about byjus. But, byjus gave me a decent salary when no when was ready to give me a chance.

Dislikes

Their work culture, unrealistic revenue sales target, no appreciation, taking every bit of your energy and potential and still expecting more. Don't know how many household it had destroyed by giving them financial worries, demoralizing kids infronts of their parents, parents losing hope from their kids because of our selfish sales strategies.

There are so many reasons for dislike. They just give you hopes of big salary package. But in reality we are not received salary as per offer letter. They put lots of requirements to get full salary. No job security. No incentive. No support.. no fix time. Abuses everytime.

I have learn so many things of there.i had good colleague and friends. I had a team, they are my inspiration. Mostly I want to say there have some Good managers, they are not forgottbelee.

This is a Giant company, Boss and manager are thinks always as a street dog to us. There is no promotion, no salary growth, no incentive. No guarantee for your job. Any time This is So called Boss has decided who have in system or who not. Last 3 month salary pending to us, there is no messages or no mail from their side. Absolutely untrusted and untruthful company.
