Too much pressure, No work-life balance, The pay is good,but believe me,you will be ready to accept a pay cut for some breathing space.The HR department does nothing to improve the policies of the company. Worst of all,people do not respect you when you say that you are an employee of Byjus.They have recently become a Unicorn, but I can bet with eyes closed that no other Unicorn has such policies.

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail

No appraisal, no promotion, no recognition, pure politics, no payment of variable part of salary, reduction in ctc without notifying employees, terrible work culture, People here believe in playing blame games than providing or finding solution for a problem. ... best for you because you get a lot of time for self study and self development. The pay scale is amazing specially if you are a fresher.

Dislikes

No job security, You can be laid off at any time during cost cutting, It won't matter how good you are at your work or what ever good you have done for the company if you will in upper bucket (high package) you can we laid off at any cost-cutting process.

There is nothing to like about byjus. But, byjus gave me a decent salary when no when was ready to give me a chance.

Dislikes

Their work culture, unrealistic revenue sales target, no appreciation, taking every bit of your energy and potential and still expecting more. Don't know how many household it had destroyed by giving them financial worries, demoralizing kids infronts of their parents, parents losing hope from their kids because of our selfish sales strategies.
