I feel that company culture is not as I had expected and the environment has been a difficult adjustment for me. No employee could tolerate such gross rude behaviour from his senior colleagues , within this time period they make me feel helpless. I have mentioned few points below 1.Communication gap. (After getting hired by our CFO I came to know, there is no requirement for my role in Kolkata brunch) 2.Noncooperative behaviour from my seniors colleagues even sometimes they don't even allow me to sit on my desk. 3.Having the CCTV camera and other security aspects still few of my seniors spread canard that I am using my phone while working etc etc just to keep themselves safe , so as per their complain HR becomes judgemental to me without any real evidence and trying to take me out of this process, on that moment I was feeling helpless so I decided to keep some evidence with me so I attached those with this mail. 4.The time when Samir sir was leaving so Krishna sir came here as working CFO on that moment my seniors portray all of this situation to him and asking him to remove me from this process, once Krishna sir left Kolkata , within 2 days I was shifted to domestic process, even my working office also (Bhavanipur) , but I take this opportunity as learning perpous because after that I felt I will be able to deliver in both international and domestic process, and I believe Krishna sir has that same thought. 5.Instead of having the mail from the higher management that I have been promoted to sales but the sales manager told me that as of now there is no requirement in sales so he didn't take me in his team. Therefore again I faced that communication gap between Mumbai and Kolkata brunch. 6.As everyone knows that how much work has been assigned to me so that most the of day I was not able to complete my work within the office hours aside from scanning all shipping note was assigned to me but somehow I was not able to deliver that same on that day and I asked someone to do this because it's a common task everyone has that capability to do this, still my managers hasn't asked anyone to do this so as a result that task has been stopped and I was blamed and specifically targeted. Even a warning Letter aslo issued on me.

Good opportunity ,management is too good and supportive in all prospect.. Thank to the management for giving me the opportunity to be part of the bvc family..enjoy the work and life style..wonderful and friendly team
