Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Teammates are good. No traning no job security no career growth no salary appraisal infect they does not give salary on time there is no work life.

I have worked for a week only and because of covid they asked for the resignation. But they provided 2 months salary. And again after 6 months they asked to join again. So all in all it's a good opportunity for the freshers. Nothing bad. You need to follow the times strictly.
