Timely Salary Payments: One of the notable positives is that salaries are paid on time, which is essential for financial stability. Learning Opportunities: For freshers, the workload can be overwhelming, but it provides a significant learning experience. You will be exposed to various tasks that can help you develop your skills quickly. Limited Support: However, it's important to note that while you may receive a heavy workload, support from senior staff can be lacking. Many seniors may not have the necessary knowledge and may engage in office politics rather than providing guidance. Bond and Increment Issues: There is a three-year bond for new employees, which can be a drawback. Additionally, increments may not be as generous as expected, making long-term financial growth a concern. Overall, while Bursys Infotech can be a good starting point for freshers looking to learn and grow, the work environment may present challenges due to a lack of mentorship and support from experienced colleagues.

...minated at any time without prior notice, leading to significant job insecurity. Inadequate Salary Increments: Many employees receive minimal to zero increments despite hard work, with budget constraints favoring senior management. Heavy Workload for Juniors: Freshers are overloaded with tasks while seniors contribute little, creating frustration among junior staff. Long Bond Period: The three-year bond for freshers limits growth opportunities and financial rewards. Frequent Policy Changes: Policies are frequently altered to disadvantage employees, such as mandatory work on alternate Saturdays without benefits. Unprofessional HR Practices: The HR department lacks professionalism and often engages in gossip, creating policies that harm employee welfare in a misguided effort to secure their own jobs. Favoritism in Appraisals: Recognition and rewards are often given to those who align with senior staff rather than based on merit. Overall, Bursys Infotech may not provide a supportive or stable work environment for employees.

Salary is only thing which you get ontime.

...in mid financial year, leave policies changed day by day. Management is useless. If you are hired after your joining you will know your gross salary is CTC. Management will ditch you from day 1.
