Work culture need improve, employees financial aur salary problems needs resolve, BV always looks to cut down employees salaries or money by different ways. Unwanted follows for small small activities. Management not serious about employees work satisfaction, they always busy in their own benefits and safe zone. HR assistance is very poor and irresponsible. Performance bonus deduction for year but even after better performance, bonus amount not provide sufficient. Top management have monopoly and only busy for own enjoy, own profit and own job saving activities. They don't have responsibility of other employees service benefits and concerns. Overall culture, work satisfaction and compensation - salary are not good

1. Zero growth in salary. 2. Complete biased Manager 3. HR like govt. employee do not work. 4.Like every company dirty politics. 5. Day by day company situation getting worse.

The management of the IT department, including the team leads and managers, is subpar. The team is largely composed of individuals from Bihar who demonstrate a lack of professionalism and work etiquette. There is unnecessary yelling on team calls, often driven by personal grudges without any valid reasons. The work culture is toxic, with employees expected to work around the clock under the guise of deployments, leaving no room for personal life or professional growth. While the company itself is good, the people and their mindset are a significant hindrance.
