Since it is TPI service provider, work timings depend entirely on client. (If client says daily 13 hrs work also you need to be available). Management will not interfere in that since client approval is needed for further jobs. For FTC employees job security in minimal.

Nothing to talk much about. Nothing like MNC Poor working culture Too much politics No appraisal. They only gives salary on which you can't be rich and you can't be too poor.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of team that markets, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture background and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is average, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.I have to work with tight schedule with no appreciation.

You can learn many new things when you are involved in the inspection of various products, processes, works etc. So your work does not get monotonous. Periodical training modules are exercised to keep yourself aware of the common practices in your field/trade. Apart from witnessing on-field inspection, tests & document review, there is comparatively less workload from the employee's point of view. Most of the managerial seniors & co-ordinators are understanding when your reasons are just. For people getting a back-office job in Bureau Veritas, work-life balance becomes easy. Financial responsibilities on company's part are always disbursed on time. Numbers of leaves are also one of the best in the market considering the alternate Saturdays (& all Sundays) offs.

Dislikes

..., or you rarely become a manager irrespective of the numbers of years you serve. Therefore, salary/appaisal may not look attractive to some. Favouritism may be observed as much as you find in any other company.

I feel that the promotion and appraisal process, as well as the market-standard salary, could be improved.
