If you are working remotely there is no job security at all They change their policy within a month They will give you a month of time and you will be out of the system. They will take your system remotely and will count each second's productivity and will deduct your salary accordingly. Lastly if you are working remotely then for you saturday is working else wfo employees have alt Saturday holiday.
