Very very unethical company & company is not paying in time salary, also no proper response, support to employees. Request never to join or work with such organisation who don't understand employee pain points, And blindly agree words of dealers, Worst experiance as Business development manager ROK rest of Karnataka .

I was offered a manager HR job. On joining i was given a letter of assistant HR. No handover or training was given. One guy from IT department and one girl from accounts department kept on torturing and harrassing me as they were feeling insecurity due to my presence. That guy from IT department abused also hence I thought about leaving the job.unfortunatly owner also listen to these 2 cartoons. Owner is only bothered about sale not at all kin to know about management issues. I was also told to join marketing team. During my last day of work HR manager to whom I was supposed to replace became violent. He tried harrassing and abusing me. Totally mismanagement. No principles. Not at all cultured people. Please dont join and spoil your future

I have developed my working skills and grown as a human being here. The Environment is very humble and supporting. The Heads are all very humble yet very understanding but when it comes comes to learning they help you to develop and give you wings to fly.

Dislikes

Career Growth is slow and lot of stress and burden given to a single person.
