The work culture is good. Great for fresher with good learning opportunities, coming to job security is very low and compensation are not good.

Dislikes

The Salary is not that good either but carer growth is slow. There is a bond of a year before which you cannot resign and the work pressure is very high. You cannot do a night shift for such a low salary. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Only thing to consider is the remote job type.

The work-life balance is terrible, the Leads lack communication skills, and the Team is very stubborn in their approach and would never accept input from their subordinates. Management is not friendly, they want their work done asap, but will not answer to your queries for weeks.

They can fire you any time without any notice . there is no working time. if company do not have any projects they fire employees without any reason. Third class company . they hire above 100 interns and wastes their time .do not join this company.

They hire interns too much and just time pass with them. They don't hire them full-time. Finally, They said that we do not have too much of projects as of now if we have projects in the future we will contact you and put interns on hold. They only exploit interns and those who work hard they just kick them out without giving any proper reason.
