It has a good work life balance and the company culture is extremely impressive. They are very employee centric. They always put employee's benefit first while you are associated with the company. They took great precautions owing to Covid. Provided free food to all its employees

... it will literally mould all policies to extort your full and final settelement. I ended up paying my entire salary and extra cash to get my release letter!! You may not get sick leaves even if doctor's prescription is produced because of "business requirement". The health insurance is absolutely obselete and yet the company chose it to cover its employees!

...ng to maintain Covid-19 precautionary mesarues needed in a BPO or any office . Salary comes even before you expect . That is really fabulous. So far so good . Satisfied .

Overall work life balance supported by the overseas UK management.

Dislikes

...elf certified with current apps and tools, gets dull in no time from noon-usage. Pathetic salary growth. Since last 10 years it's the same story every year -1st 3 Quarters Huge Profit and business topping the chart. Last Quarter just before appraisal, either loss overall or in one business head or a scam and share price loss or profit but EBITDA down.

Work life balance is at its best. In BT there is no concept of promotion. Everything is skill based. To move to upper level one needs to clear skill test and interview. Same for IJP. Hence, skillset gets at most priority. The L&D is great in this company. They really focus on employee's skill development. Great company to work with.

If u can not negotiate properly Har might give you a base level salary.

Management was supportive. Learning opportunities are available. Great culture. Work life balance is great.

Dislikes

Pay parity is low, appraisal are average even for person having high stress workload. Promotions are rare and biased.
