Manager thinks like bt it's their property manager things they're the only one who have power of everything they think employees as puppets .

...posting. No policy for getting promotion within team within specific criteria. Appraisal cycle is worst and no clarity every year about bonus even salary hike too.

Last Quarter just before appraisal, either loss overall or in one business head or a scam and share price loss or profit but EBITDA down.
