The management has lost all the sense. BT was known to be one of the companies which never ask people to leave, but now the management has gone to such a depth that they will make unnecessary and useless HR/ER cases to fire you from your job.

All employees benifit like , cab facilities, enough leave to utilise, hybrid working, work life balance is great, free tea coffee biscuits. This is MNC as a MNC should be. All madical coverage, you will get 10 days extra leave if you are getting married or you are becoming parent , this leave count will not count in you Anual leave.
