I like how your seniors support you at every step and treat you like a brother. i would be very honest, i don't have any complaint from the working environment or from anyone from management. Founders and Directors are great, they never take a step back to give you the best from their experience if your query is valid.

Their culture is good, employees are friendly and except some person. You can interact with other easily.

They will not provide any training. No chance of promotion or salary increment. Co worker are not supportive. You can't get help from your peer. Poor management.
