The processes are well defined (but no one follows it 😆). Central functions are good supporting. Open culture. Safety for womens. Different types of events. Training programs.

Management is worst. Favourism is being used by managers. Screw employees in the name of productivity. Recognising talents and appreciation are not there. They didn't provide increments as per your performance (max increment is 10%). No proper discussions and communications made for new tasks, and thus results in 11th hour rush.
