...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign.

Skill development trainings and learnings are available, to enhance and develop our skills in weak areas. Coming to work life balance, sometimes we need to stretch ourselves to complete our deliverables on daily basis. I am very much satisfied with my work. Nice culture , work environment and supportive team mates. Company policies are good but compansation is below the industry Company provides training to enhance the skills.
