Job security is good. People started at broadridge as freshers and continue to work for 4 to 5 years. There is no question of removing or firing employees, you will be moved to other teams but not lose your job. Employees and management are cooperative. Office politics are relatively less.

Dislikes

The pay is very less for process analysts, it's difficult to meet monthly expenses also. if one stays in hostel/ pg it's more difficult. Growth opportunities are less. It's good for learning initially for freshers but there is no career growth until you work for 5+ yrs.

Good teammates, managers and team leads were very helpful in all situations, good platform learn new things with the help of course which conducted by broadridge

Salaries... Broadridge will have number of cutting my package is 2.10 but still I'm getting 12k per month

If u want to taste the real experience and grome ur professional career it's good for that but salary very low and managers nd partial.
