Worst in all cases making the usage employees like robots. And won't pay enough to them. Leave policy terrible, we can't use our own PL when there are more than 2 on leave irrespective of any occasion either festival or personal. PAY I think I don't want to speak about this you won't even know what the change you have seen after a year.

As working here is quite good when your manager is cooperative. Though In previous two years work and manager both was good no complaints for them and i worked from home till now and everyone was cool.

Dislikes

Now during current project my so called manager is psycho. Here in cognizant manager also do coding but he is like only I have to do everything and he just wants credit for it. Even to other squads he is like only he is doing work. He oftenly insulted me and two other team mates. I talked with my home manager but no benefit. Only you have to suffer in that scenario.

Exp: 6.8 Java backend dev cognizant - 25 lpa (24 fixed) Epam - 28 fixed Citi - 30 fixed If i ask epam with citi offer they will increase their offer, but my question is that worth negotiating with them?
