Good work culture, not much pressure obviously differ project to project. My overall experience was good.

Dislikes

You can't join this company again once left. You will never understand the salary structure, some deduction on paychecks which will not explained by HR. At the last, HR are very rude in this organization, didn't reply back. FNF will take time and HR doesn't reply you back and if you try to call them, they will scold you badly.

For fresher, managers said development project they put in support projects. No compensation if work on weekends/Indian holiday/Leave put in our calendar like US calander. No opportunities for onsite.

The best company where I started as a freher. Great team, good working culuture, management support is also good.

Salary is the main issue in my case else all good.if it would be good if they pay as per profile and exeperience. Relatively slow growth in terms of salary.

There is good work life balance with ample amount of time left in a day.

The company does not pay upto market standards. There is lot of difference in pay scale. There is close to 100-200% difference in the pay scale. The people in this company dont really welcome change. They are not really interested in upskilling themselves and developing more secure and faster applications. They still rely on outdated technologies and even out of support languages.

We have good projects in Briadridge and recently almost all projects are introducing AI into the system. You will have internal opportunities if you want to move out of the project. Broadridge conducts CSR events every year which basically to provide education, food, and other events to help the backward school children. You will get opportunities to learn. Not only all about work, Broadridge also focuses on employee life balance by providing number of sports events, Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess, badminton and Cricket. You also have Gym time which is open 24/7 Broadridge gives good joining kit, key chain, T-Shirt, Umbrella a Gtpw token Overall it's a good company to work

Pay structure has changed 2 years consecutively which I didn't like. Vehicle parking is insufficient. Gym equipment are just okay, could be more machines
