No spoon feeding done, as a result, to earn daily bread, you will find a way to complete the project or task given. You will get complete understanding on how a project is managed and one day you will cut a cord and will be able to manage the entire project.

Dislikes

- There is a bond of 3 years and 10th marks-sheet should be submitted to HR at the time of commencement. - First year no leave, 2nd year 10 leaves and after 3 years 15 leaves. Moreover, you cannot avail more than 2 leaves at a time. - For your own sister's/brother's marriages, for your own family members' sickness or if you are confined to bed, then it will be Loss of pay. - You will be forced, nagged, burdened and ruthlessly tortured to work and complete responsibility is put on your shoulders. - Even if you are extraordinarily good, you will not get fruit of your harvest. - Unlucky freshers who will be selected to FPGA department should have thick skin to face insults. - No value for the work you do, During the time of profit(successful project) you will be kept on throne and during difficulties, instead of being supportive, you will be trashed.
