I have join BC management services Pvt Ltd company as a junior executive in AP. There is limited learning things in the company. No proper training team who could help to new joiner to learn. This is not a good place to career growth. Discrimination is there but company shows they do equality for all. Way of working is not flexible.

Small thinking management. Lot of politics, No professionalism. Any body can be the head of any department which is the draw back this organisation. If a person is from accounts they are heading IT team & you can imagine what would be the future of the team & organisation.

You can not even share your situation as no body cares . They will lead you to depression and mental harrassment. This kind of people mismanagement organization should be shut immediately.
