For example, they do not pay the minimum salary of paybands 4 and 5 to employees and lie about policies all the time. There is no retention policy in place and utter disrespect and politics in Shared services center. They will keep changing your designation but the pay will remain same no matter what.

Small thinking management. Lot of politics, No professionalism. Any body can be the head of any department which is the draw back this organisation. If a person is from accounts they are heading IT team & you can imagine what would be the future of the team & organisation.

They hired few wrong person in Management, also couple of tenured employee in management are in Politics and that create complete toxic environment in Finance department. Pre-covid, this was the one of the best organisation to work

...tators who has taken an oath of making your life a hell. no systematic approach. The leaders are all money suckers , always on an approach on how they will deduct your salary. You can not even share your situation as no body cares . They will lead you to depression and mental harrassment. This kind of people mismanagement organization should be shut immediately. Playing with people's career and mind . Never join this fraud organization.

The work life balance is really amazing. No unnecessary work pressure, no streching of shifts. The management is really co-operative.

The learning aspects and growth opportunities is less. The pay scale and compensation is not up to level
