I really enjoyed working in Britannia. There is a lot of happiness in working after thinking and talking with meeting in the daily market.

Dislikes

I disliked two things in Britannia, first salary did not increase, worked for five years, second company never got ESI card, did not get PF.

Brand is good...when in market people recognize you because of brand. Secondary driven company

...y to learn...have not been able to convert the scope of opportunities available. Lesser salary as compared to other fmcg companies, distributor damage policy. Rewards and recognition..

Actually there was nothing for dislike, however I was left due to salary growth and my future development.

The work environment stressful due to tight deadlines. 6.Performance appraisals can be subjective. 7. Training and development programs is inadequate. 8. Communication gaps between departments.
