1. They pay in peanuts 2. Misogynistic Managers,they dont want women to grow. Prefer men over women. 3. They dont give appraisals more then 9-10% 4. Toxic culture 5. No actions on harassment complaints

Even in this global panedemic situation bcone offered 90 to 115 percent variable pay for its outstanding employes and emoyes who got mid rating as well paid excellent variable pay

Teammates were so skillful and helpful .They helped me a lot in my first phase of career.Work life balance is main objective of this company.

Everything is very good in this organization except pay scale for employees who has 1 to 2 yrs of experience or newer ones.

You get to learn absolutely nothing through your time at Bristlecone. Salary hike are like peanuts. A gentle warning to not join this company if one wants growth and want to do something good out of their life.

...between management, HR and leadership. they three act like GANDHI's 3 MONKEYs. All people are seating at top brass are just enjoying their salary parks no VISION no DIRECTION If you join this Org, it will be like you are riding a bus who's driver is BLIND. You will be haired at big pay (Bluff) and fired very silently wothout any prior notice. They will promise to give 3 months pay to support financially, But they actually do not do even you follow-up or call to HR team. You have to work all 7 days without any extra benefits. worst ....... worst...............worst..................worst company to Work.
