Terrible micro management managers , do not join like they expect you to extend weekends and they threaten if you don't work , be careful and think twice before joining

1) Job is not at all secure, recently a lot of people got fired 2) Very client centric company, doesn't cares about their employees 3) Managers are useless and don't communicate with team

...ratism. Some inner circle employees getting higher hikes, promotion than others. No salary parity. Newly joining resources getting much higher salary than than existing employees. Company pouring money on new hires while old onces are leaving.

... mobility , depends on how good you are at politicking rather than your skill. 2) Below average compensation and opaque HR policies. Wont even honor internal parity in terms of ctc. Not the best place if you are competitive 3) 3 Months notice and no buy out options and they expect you to join in 15 days. 4) HR are bullies of upper management and will stone wall you on any disagreements with management

Good work life balance Flexible work environment Very good upper management Putting lot of effort in learning. Company gives good facilities to learn and take certification they e even sponser for certifications.

Very low pay scale to existing employees Very less hikes to employees No normalisation to employees who are working form long tjme Very bad and arrogant middle management, they don't even talk to their team members even if you mail to them. When they are in need they come asks for data other than that they don't even care of employees. (My client manager will have weekly call and we have fun time with them and also very friendly. Aleast these people should learn) BTW remove your core values the 'we Care' from your core values.
