Company is good only, but their managers and other operational people are literally sucks, they will ask you to work after your shift.

Dislikes

Selery is less as per work, they are offering 18-20k a month, and for that they diducting tds as well, after that they are not deducting of and madical. They don't know even what is working life balance, they don't care where you are even if you are in your week off still they ask you to join the meeting for 2-3 hours. And only those people will get the promotions who are licking feet of the managers, I can't say some words here but if you are having experience you can get what really they are licking to get the promotion.

Nothing, turning into another Indian toxic culture company. Losing it's charm. Worst ecosystem.

Dislikes

Bright had been a great company previously but sadly it's losing its charm now with the new manager of CS. Bright was known to focus on quality of work always, they were best supporters of your work. But since the joining of new manager, it is turning out to be another Indian company now focusing on quantity of time you spend rather than work. Worst work culture it is developing into. I have now lost interest of doing something new for this company. They are losing the charm they were famous for! The culture is turning out to be toxic. Stay away from this company

The opportunity to grow, lead your ideas to initiatives and make products happen! The pace at which Bright works is amazing. Founders are supportive of your growth. There is a lot more to do and that excites me about my job.

Dislikes

The direction is missing at times, that's a sign of fast pacing startups and so can be discounted.

Likes

A great place to learn and grow. The people around across all teams are highly motivated and excellent problem solvers so there is always push and pull of knowledge.

Dislikes

Sometimes you may feel the upper management expecting all five fingers to be same so folks with different thought process and approach might feel not getting right treatment. But this won’t be an issue for long as the company grows and more people join from outside with different culture leading to management appreciating diversity.

Dislikes

13 member marketing team laid off. 70+ layoffs with no proper notice. Job security is not there. People working 1 month or 3 yrs - doesn't matter - everyone was laid off
