Nothing, turning into another Indian toxic culture company. Losing it's charm. Worst ecosystem.

Bright had been a great company previously but sadly it's losing its charm now with the new manager of CS. Bright was known to focus on quality of work always, they were best supporters of your work. But since the joining of new manager, it is turning out to be another Indian company now focusing on quantity of time you spend rather than work. Worst work culture it is developing into. I have now lost interest of doing something new for this company. They are losing the charm they were famous for! The culture is turning out to be toxic. Stay away from this company

A great place to learn and grow. The people around across all teams are highly motivated and excellent problem solvers so there is always push and pull of knowledge.

Dislikes

Sometimes you may feel the upper management expecting all five fingers to be same so folks with different thought process and approach might feel not getting right treatment. But this won’t be an issue for long as the company grows and more people join from outside with different culture leading to management appreciating diversity.

A very friendly environment, but lacks supervision. Single persons opinion is considered to be the mass opinion and it is the final opinion. Wish each of the heads or the founders involve personally with each employees to understand their potential.

Dislikes

Company is looking for a work horse working 24/7, rather than a sincere and dedicated employee.
