Demand salary as high as you think you deserve, the Indian HR people here are manipulative but dumb. The work culture is definitely nice as it flows from french parent company. But there is politics, some people are working quite hard and not paid well while one is simply partying and getting double of your salary.

1.Meals coupon provided 2.Flexi work culture 3.Team building activities to regional and internal location 4.People company 5.QA vertical is growing from the last 2 years specifically in automation. You will get an opportunity, to work in automation even if you are a manual resource 6.The head of the vertical, have very strong aspirations over QA growth. She has really transformed the vertical through her strategies and implementation. Her technical knowledge and communication is at par. She can motivate you through her words extremely well.

Pay salary on time. Top management is good, but they need to interact more with engineering team directly. Don't really rely on feedback by manager. Engineering manager are worst and does only people management, and politics.

If you are on junior level, company is best. However if you are on Managerial and above then please don't join because everyone here focus on below managerial layer. HR only consider feedback of junior and in every respect manager is wrong. No one is coming into manager shoes
