Don't expect them to pay you. Sam Baisla is someone who is cunning and a big fraud. I have seen him talking big with the customers but at the end it's just a big talk that all he can give. He does not believe in work ethics, so he will scam you. The people who work and support him have also the same traits. So no matter if it's Brand Samosa or Modern Teams or any other name, if Sam Baisla is connected with that organization then you need to stay away from them.

Most frustrating thing about this job is that you never get the salary on time and the human resource (HR) management is not taking their responsibility towards their employees.

An average startup, with a leadership who have no clue what they are doing. If you have work knowledge and looking for a job badly then you can work here. But no guarantee that you will get paid on time or they also might delay it for 2-3 months.

...people are the decision makers. Not disrespecting any one but this is the truth. If you ask for your salary badly they will make you resign.

Fake company. They promised at the start of my job that it is paid internship. But they didn't pay to me. Management is poor. Wouldn't recommend to anyone to work here.

The work culture at brand samosa is really good, teammates are really helping and supporting, the mentor provides us with skillful set of knowledge and practical skills of sales being at home only.
