Micromanagement from Top Management, No WFH Policy, Salary cycle (7th of succeeding month - which is quite late) , Unstructured work environment, High Attrition , No proper structured induction or training for new joiners

Don't ever think to join it ..varun Gupta and tarun Gupta both are mannerless nd dumb ..hire and fire is their policy ..don't even expect that they will clear your dues

They are totally fake ... products import from china .. review on Amazon Flipkart or on another site are fake they pay to get review

...be provided. Bad language used. Bad behaviour. Mental pressure will crush you. Pay is pretty less compared to work demanded. No employee satisfaction. Off were also an issue. In short they exploit all the criteria what makes a company a good company.No support from the management at all. THERE ARE NO PRO'S IN THIS COMPANY.

A great place to work cares about and supports its employees while also challenging them to grow with the company. Managers and their employees trust and respect each other.

Dislikes

There is no employee appreciation. The employee can feels less motivated to complete tasks.
