Hey everyone!

I've aced two interview rounds for an exec assistant gig in Boult Audio's founder's office.  A final, in-person, multi-round thing is coming up – assessments and management interviews.

Any tips on how to nail it? I *really* want this job but I'm nervous.  Any help would be awesome.

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. 
I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).  
This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. 
I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.  

Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

New offer. Confused.

I have been working in this company for 4.5 years. Joined at 2.2LPA. With small small hikes, at the 3 year mark, I reached 6.25LPA. After that I have never received any hike. They only changed my designation from Senior to Specialist. And that too I have not received any formal mail, just a notification from the internal portal. I am about to resign as I got a new job. Before I leave should I push for a formal hike and promotion, so that I can negotiate better for the upcoming HR round with the new employer? 

My expectation was 10LPA. But the new employer mentioned the offer would be around 7 to 7.5LPA as 10 is a higher hike percentage, and something like it's against company policy. What should I do here?

Haven't received a hike and promotion in 1.5 years. About to resign. Should I ask for a formal hike and promotion before I leave?

Day to Day Office

I’ve been working at a startup since 2018. We were in a temporary office on the outskirts of the city, but now we’re shifting to a prime location. The problem? We’ll have to pay for parking an extra ₹80K-₹1.3L per year.

It’s not a huge amount, and I can manage it, but it still feels like a sneaky pay cut. During the temp phase, we had free parking, which made it seem like parking would be covered permanently. Now, that’s not the case.

Should I ask for a raise to offset this cost? If yes, how do I frame the request without sounding petty? Would love to hear your thoughts! 🚦😕
