The working environment is very supportive and along with that the pay gets Credi on time. The people around me are very supportive. We get new projects to work at. Flexible time ia a add on.

Micromanagement from Top Management, No WFH Policy, Salary cycle (7th of succeeding month - which is quite late) , Unstructured work environment, High Attrition , No proper structured induction or training for new joiners

...be provided. Bad language used. Bad behaviour. Mental pressure will crush you. Pay is pretty less compared to work demanded. No employee satisfaction. Off were also an issue. In short they exploit all the criteria what makes a company a good company.No support from the management at all. THERE ARE NO PRO'S IN THIS COMPANY.
