The work life balance is good. If you are in core automobile technology then your salary would increase much higher than non core technology like devops. But the technology used is quite old and many things are used just inside Bosch which is a drawback which you can't use outside

Old technology Very high salary difference between old employees and lateral hires

Work is great. Number of projects in various domains. Safe job. Good for someone who wants to settle here.

Management is a concern. They don't try hard to retain people. Salary for long time employees (4-5+ years) is not satisfactory.

Would have great opportunity in the field of Automotive embedded ,driver assistance and ADAS technologies, job security,great culture, supportive team members.

Great work life balance, very low pay. Engineers are not that well respected

Very low pay and less recognition for your work. Getting any peripheral is a nightmare. Management has no proper understanding of technology

Projects are stable and structured for long time , and if you get good seniors its a good company to work at.(on luck)

Salary and promotion takes too much time, mostly things are automated and less scope for learnings. Rely too much on process than skillgrowth
