Salary and promotion takes too much time, mostly things are automated and less scope for learnings. Rely too much on process than skillgrowth

Bad annual salary revision Worst company culture Indirect layoffs in the name of Performance Improvement Program ( 5% people in each department each year is put into it for headcount reduction despite good performance) No new projects due to company recession in Germany

Bosch is good at paying variable pay when over company cprp ratio is good. Projects are very less. If we allocate to one project and end with project, new assignment will be given with minimum 5 months on bench due to lack of projects.

Dislikes

Projects has very less projects. Bosch has to speed up on getting new projects and compete with TCS, infosys, Capgemini, IBM etc. Managers are not much focusing on projects and billing, instead they say, we have to improve on skills and skill gaps. Some clients says, Bosch billing is high compared with other vendors. Which needs to take care by Bosch and attract the clients.

Pay is less compared to market standard No hike or very minimal hike even after performing well No quick growth, people who are staying here for more than 5years are dominating the work and lot of team politics No onsite opportunity

Balanced work-life time, you can literally learn anything and reach your target positions technically, decent salary benefits, less direct politics, If you are doing your work well you won't be pested for minute things

Having learning new cross domain technical niche skills I don't see any difference in Salary w.r.t my coworkers, Salaries should be competitive w.r.t market which is also leading to high attrition rate, Politics exist at high level management. I also experienced some people maintain informal connection with higher management for personal benefits. Pure talent doesn't get you to higher positions but bit of personal touch with higher management adds.
