There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

कंपनी अच्छी है पर जिसको लखनऊ में अपना डिपो दिया है हम पूरा बेकार है उसे पूरा यूपी का मार्केट खराब हो रहा है कंपनी में सैलरी बस टाइम से आता है या खर्चा का तो कहीं नाम नहीं है या एक शर्त भी है अगर जिस महीने आप का काम नहीं हुआ उस महीने आपका वेतन नहीं मिलेगा या लक्ष्य पूरा नहीं हुआ जब लक्ष्य पूरा होगा तभी खर्च और वेतन आएगा नियम है और यह नियम कंपनी का नहीं एसएस का है और यहां एसएस की चलती है na की कंपनी की चलती है।

कंपनी में सुधार की जरुरत है Aur company ke ladkon se hamesha direct baat karte rahe SS ka koi matlab Na Ho tab jakar company mein kuchh sudhar ho sakta hai aur aage company badh jayegi to company pradarshan doob rahi hai UP mein

Bonton cables india pvt. ltd. company is very good for freshers .There is lots of opportunity for learning of new things ......But Old staff should change & there is required of technical or educated staff..
