One of the best things which I have felt is that the firm has a great working culture if you play your cards right. The most easy going organisation I have worked for.

There is a lot of management change frequently since recently. This affects the overall coordination and efficiency of the team.

It’s all politics. The owners don’t care, all that shark tank personality is fake. When your own employee starts to get dragged in drama and politics done by young people in higher positions- they don’t care. Too young people are handling very serious positions and they are incompetent. They don’t wanna grow - they just wanna stick to the organisation so they can earn money. To be here, they drag the good talent of the company through dirt. Mentally exhausting. People are resigning at a great speed.

There's nothing like that except in quality department our team was less as per the requirement,so it was hectic sometimes to go here and there on different working areas

The whole company is stuffed with good, and smart people. It's just that the HR who hired me "Aleena Baig" did the wrong thing and I am not the only one, She pitched me a different CTC and once all the interviews were done she told me that we cannot give you this CTC but boAt is a very reputed brand so you should join it without looking at the CTC. I did join when she comforted me by saying that she will get my offer revised if I accept it, but later nothing was done for the same, and she made a fool of me.

Dislikes

Instead of giving what the candidate deserves, they negotiate them by using the lever that they (boAT) is a respected brand to work with and things like that, So in a nutshell they will never provide you the salary that you need and they will always negotiate your talent.
