Starting as career Bny is best but only the negative points are salary hike worst and pramotion is worst then that as their are people on one post since 15 yrs how the new guys will get chance to explore don't know about other process but Transfer agency is worst if you are planning for long term other then these 2 points other all things are best

Pay-scale is low, upper management is arrogant, no work life balance, made us to work for 13-14 hours daily. No leaves were granted. Managers need to improve their behaviour with subordinates. Attrition rate in team was too high

Work-Life balance is the best. Also, the volume of work depends on the process you are in. The culture and peers are very supportive and one will surely enjoy his days at BNY. It's a good company for freshers to start with. The firm boasts about its innovation efforts but, again it depends on the process you are in as an Operations Executive.

To start with the salary is low, also appraisals are not impressive. I worked for a short period of time, so not in a good position to comment about it. Politics is a must, you won't get a promotion or appraisal if you are not good at politics.
