only monthly salary.

Dislikes

no consideration of long term employees. work overload, unnecessary expenses for managers and infrastructure but no seat for employees to sit. domination, partiality, unnecessary meetings panicking employees, no proper requirement sharing, not giving time for analysis,always giving tests for employees, too many prod issues, over time weekend supports with no it. no hike, always low rating, micro management etc

Actually nothing is her to be liked they are spending lot of money of campus etc but not paying to the employee. They did lot of lay off but still not ready to pay to the employee

Provides good bonus, and enough leaves a year.

Dislikes

Management isnt good, appraisal is terrible, promotions are very less compared to number of new openings, managers doesnt let you apply for IJPs, have to provide explanation on each of your leaves with proofs.

Salary and benefits along with work life balance

Dislikes

Meetings for no reason ...same thing they will discuss day in day out ...you will be asked to update 14-15 trackers. That's all they will do ...no learning at all . They will say fund accounting but will ask you to do AP tasks

Apart from compensation other benefits are good compared with market

Dislikes

Experienced people are not valued although they have given their efforts during critical times, crunches and corona period. Inexperienced students are recruited with good packages. There is no difference in packages for 3-4 years experienced people compared with newly joined inexperienced people.
