Management - Power Politics Nobody in management worries about work delivered but rather gives more importance to creating people who says yes for everything they wish.

I never felt too burden with my work but it is common to have more work at least twice a month other than that it is a perfect team to work with.

I dislike the RTO 😅 other than that everything is perfect, now with the market correction the salary is also very good for freshers.

Salary structure where you will have only fixed component.

Dislikes

Fire and hire method where everything will be blamed on company or HR. In 4 years haven't spoke with HR a single time regarding feedback. They remain ghost in office. No exit interview. Peakon survey is failure with no confidentiality.

Promotion & salary benefits needs to be standardised. There is so much difference in the pay in the same grade also for some teams promotion is at a regular frequency while in other teams it is a himalayan task

If you are in a good team it is somehow ok. Leaves Criteria is very Excellent. Annually we have 36 Days as Leaves. But no Indian Holidays(Need to work on occasional Holidays and Festival Holidays).

Dislikes

...for a 10-11 Hours and not given a single penny of overtime for the hours worked. And for salary hike also they have not given at least an increment of 1% in that 2 Years.
