All things perticularly the management and the accounting section is the worst. U won't get salary as promised dates. They uses lone apps and all. There is no job security anytime u can be laid off.

1. Poor salary and not able to give salaries on time 2. False promises - management will say we are getting big big projects. We will send you on site. All are hollow promises. 3. No transparency - No details given to employees regarding company performance. Where the profits are coming and going. Everything looks suspicious. 4. Very bad top management - if you ask any questions to top management they get offended very egotistical people. Don’t believe the positive review, they force freshers abd employees to write positive reviews about company.

1. Some good managers who mentor us and guide us and understand 2. Support from senior colleagues 3. 15 day work policy 4. Flexible work hours but 45 hrs per week
