All things perticularly the management and the accounting section is the worst. U won't get salary as promised dates. They uses lone apps and all. There is no job security anytime u can be laid off.

Even though the team size is very small, the management is very good in identifying new businesses. The approach is right and hence the future of the company is sure.

Dislikes

Salary often does not comes on time. A large part of the salary is kept as performance perks which should be given quarterly but is always delayed as a common practice. Due to small team size the multitasking is required from all until you have crushing load already.

Good working culture and exposure. Experienced and Competent Senior leadership. Big and similar domain companies like AVL, FEV, KPIT, Tata Elexi started seeing as competition. Good Skills development opportunity for all. Culture of taking collective responsibility within teams and absence of blame culture among teams. Very diverse people and open minded culture. Fast Growing in terms of project and business. Good opportunity for freshers due to ultra fast growth. Good coordination of resource sharing and resource management among cross functional and interdisciplinary teams. Good Balance between fresh and experienced blood.

Dislikes

Slow towards brand creation/building and establishing status quo with such amount of potential. Leave (mostly EL' s, etc.) structure for employee needs improvements/change. Flexible Work location option ( i.e. WFH or Hybrid or custom) w.r.t employee choice not available. Unavailability of Regular Cab service for employee by company as other similar competitor companies providing the facility. (this is my personal thought and need, may not be applicable for others too but it will be good if this option is available to employees). Presence of IT infrastructure w.r.t availability of software tools. (With benefit of doubt : may be due to new establishment and still progressing in the IT infra). !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Really hope these things will improve or change in near future!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

During my stay in the company, we haven't been credited with salary on time and the money being credited into our PF accounts were also delayed which resulted in the loss of our yearly interest. The company policies were not concrete as it was still a start-up.

Dislikes

There was lack of software or tools where we can't build up our knowledge.

1. Some good managers who mentor us and guide us and understand 2. Support from senior colleagues 3. 15 day work policy 4. Flexible work hours but 45 hrs per week

...job security issues 5. Salary payment through 3rd party platforms (sometimes) 6. Salary delay (not frequently but very rarely) 7. Every month managers say projects are in pipeline, but PPL are on bench from last 6 months to one year
