Good Skills development opportunity for all. Culture of taking collective responsibility within teams and absence of blame culture among teams. Very diverse people and open minded culture. Fast Growing in terms of project and business. Good opportunity for freshers due to ultra fast growth. Good coordination of resource sharing and resource management among cross functional and interdisciplinary teams. Good Balance between fresh and experienced blood.

Dislikes

Slow towards brand creation/building and establishing status quo with such amount of potential. Leave (mostly EL' s, etc.) structure for employee needs improvements/change. Flexible Work location option ( i.e. WFH or Hybrid or custom) w.r.t employee choice not available. Unavailability of Regular Cab service for employee by company as other similar competitor companies providing the facility. (this is my personal thought and need, may not be applicable for others too but it will be good if this option is available to employees). Presence of IT infrastructure w.r.t availability of software tools. (With benefit of doubt : may be due to new establishment and still progressing in the IT infra). !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Really hope these things will improve or change in near future!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Salary is not credited on time delayed by Month on this Diwali occasion salary is not credited.. and planning to lay off lot of employees. I will strongly suggest please do not join this company.. they will hire you by show casing the dream.. and they will fire you as per there need..

Has good work life balance, Can get good exposure in all aspects of domain being mid level experienced. Can perform Cross-functional activities. Highly skilled & knowledgeable personal at the top level supports there resources to gain domain level expertise. Fastest growing service provider in automotive domain with top OEM's, Tier 1 & 2 suppliers as customers.

Dislikes

Instability in work due to dynamic change of projects. Level play in case of salary increments Lacks infrastructure resources (Like Project Management, Software tool's). Upskilling is only possible with customer projects
