...pposed to come to office mark attendance and work when entire office has an off. 2- They have a bond system, if you leave then pay them or they will hold your salary. 3- They have 3 month notice period. 4- They pay less 5- They don't have a washroom, it's a public washroom to go. 6- They have a dirty pantry, mosquitos all around. 7- Poor team leader and management. 8- No employee friendly policy

Company run by a sadak chaap CEO . Steals employee money . Very unprofessional and culture sucks here . Employees consists of either boot lickers or their relatives.

Work culture sucks. Management devices various means to cut employee salary . No vision . CTO is a big pappu.

1) No flexibility of work. They deduct your pay without prior intimation if you WFH more than 2 days a month! 2) No HR team, no policies, management is uneducated, no KT sessions, no policies, No KRAs No KPIs 3) They do not have any projects/products- everything is on hold or scrapped 4) They do not pay salaries on time. Also do not pay at all to people they please. 5) The culture is hideous. Hire and fire practice. 6) Unclear ambiguous communications

... so you can not post your problems anywhere or you cannot inquire anything. - Salary is never on time - Fired nearly 70 employees without any reason or notice - Refused to pay fnf amount for fired employees its been over 3 months and there is no one who will respond to you so yeah you can imagine the condition of those people - So overall I would call this as exploitation to the max extent or why not call this as harassment So I would sincerely request to all, Please do not even think about this "company" as you will be devastated And if those fired employees are not paid the respective amount till next month I will post the names of founders on linkedin,twitter and will even a police complaint. A small message to the founders - How can you sleep at night I imagine !! May god help your families from you.
