working here was the most horrible experience I have ever faced in a company. I did not receive the promised salary, dealing with unprofessional behaviour and being wrongfully terminated. this whole experience was a nightmare

Like, there is nothing one can like about this company, there is work life balance, you'll be loaded with tremendous pressure from clients and sometime have to even work on weekends, not officially but if you don't, the clients will haras you for not doing your work properly.

Everything, work culture, Salary (which is equal to spare changes) 10k for working 12hrs a day 6 days a week. No security No Culture

... The CEO, CTO, COO consider them as the king but can't even speak basic english. They don't give salary on time and also salary is dependent on client's payment so it's actually client paying you not blackcoffer.

Everything is unlikable, if you are looking for job trust me search a better job this is more hell than being unemployed.

Everything, the people there were shit, the salary was shit and the work was even shittier. There was no one there even remotely close to the skill level needed. Avoid at all costs. These guys are the biggest scammers.

The only good thing is that the job is remote and they have good number of clients in the EU region so the exposure to real world applications is there.

...ou to do all your tasks by yourself no matter how much of a team task it may be. Worse salary than a maid. You will work for so long odd hours and they will give you a small fixed salary. The projects are easily worth 10 times of what they give you, a sole worker on it. They don't let you take exam leaves and ask you to work during evening instead. No work structure. No one will overlook you. Just one person who you have to report to. No work flow. No culture. You will only be speaking to anyone if it is work related. No other conversation. No appraisals, bonus etc nothing. No one with good skills. Since all employees are freshers and interns, the work is also just about that. No uniformity, no structure, no comments in the code that will be passed on to you. The entire company is a joke and sham. I had to stay as this was my only income for a long time before I got a better job. Trust me when I say DO NOT work here.
