Everything, the people there were shit, the salary was shit and the work was even shittier. There was no one there even remotely close to the skill level needed. Avoid at all costs. These guys are the biggest scammers.

You will get complete freedom how to work. You will get what will be final product journey of product depends upon you. You can fallow best practice or worst prectice it's depends on you. Overall only and only one thing is good which you will learn much more but by Google, Stack over flow, and chat gpt.

Every thing other then I like, is dislikes. If you have good luck then you may me in such project in which team lead good knowledge of technology and intrested in helping, it will be gratest blace of God. By the way there are only three or max four developer in a project. And all four developer(in case of max no. developer) have experience less than two year in most of the case less than 6 months. working here was the most horrible experience I have ever faced in a company. I did not receive the promised salary, dealing with unprofessional behaviour and being wrongfully terminated. this whole experience was a nightmare

Like, there is nothing one can like about this company, there is work life balance, you'll be loaded with tremendous pressure from clients and sometime have to even work on weekends, not officially but if you don't, the clients will haras you for not doing your work properly.

No management, working hours are not fixed, team lead guide you nothing you are assigned in a project with a team lead but he will do nothing to help you have to do Everything on your own. Managers are dumb they will not listen to your problems and will not solve them they know nothing about technical. They just pick freelance projects and assign them to intern on probation period and ask them to complete that. They also give probation period to a employee at start which is completely a joke because you are not giving any type of training from day one you are giving the project and asking to complete that project on own then why do you need to give probation period does it make sense only because you have to give less salary....Read More

Nothing to like about, no culture, no timings, unrealistic demands they will give you a project as a freshers and expect to give best results in 7 days. They don't care if you are working late. They don't give leaves, The CEO, CTO, COO consider them as the king but can't even speak basic english.
