Punitive measures and salary deductions: The company employs a draconian system where having more than 20 bugs in your code can lead to salary deductions. This is ridiculous considering the high pressure environment employees already endure. Salary is never on time and is often 15-20 days late. 5. Unprofessional work culture: The work culture is entirely professional with Mr Sharma addressing employees in a derogatory manner, using phrases like “oh mama, sunn le” or “oh chacha, kaam kr le”. Sharma ji creates a hostile work environment where you are constantly monitored and criticised, making it unbearable to work here. Summary: Don’t join this lala company. Everything mentioned here is not just my story. Don’t believe me? Just contact any employee of this company and listen to their horror stories.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Bizhawkz It Solution company is top 10 company in IT line in Faridabad and it is very Good company and both directory Amit sharma & Amit rai ahuja behavior are Good and after leaving the office, they gave me my full salry and all document so i would like to suggest to you all that if you want to build a carrier in IT, there is no better company in faridabad for learning than this one

I think it is a well known digital marketing and branding agency that can help business mens grow their business digitally and globally. Everything is perfect in this company. No mis behaves between employees, good managment, good staff, high experienced technical persons and here are two partners of this company, they are highly educated and know much more about it industries... you will get promotion behalf on your behave, work progress and ragular work...

There is a rough rule and i don't like that, and that is leave or offs from the office for jr. Employees...i had only the reason that now i am not in this company !!!!
