This is ridiculous considering the high pressure environment employees already endure. Salary is never on time and is often 15-20 days late. 5. Unprofessional work culture: The work culture is entirely professional with Mr Sharma addressing employees in a derogatory manner, using phrases like “oh mama, sunn le” or “oh chacha, kaam kr le”. Sharma ji creates a hostile work environment where you are constantly monitored and criticised, making it unbearable to work here. Summary: Don’t join this lala company. No mis behaves between employees, good managment, good staff, high experienced technical persons and here are two partners of this company, they are highly educated and know much more about it industries... you will get promotion behalf on your behave, work progress and ragular work...
