...n't negotiate in the salary discussion post interview. Gave me what I asked for. There is no variable pay in their pay structure.

Dislikes

- You have to buy the insurance and for it yourself even if you already have another insurance. This policy is the worst. - No transport facility provided - They won't give you appointment letter until you have joined which is bizzare because you basically join them without reading their policies.

...l learn something new. The company has very good projects on new technologies. The salary increement is also very good.

I think the area of improvement can be work life balance of employees.

...ally support. Sometimes there were some development work if client asked for it. Talking about cultural is great, salary on time, timely appraisal. And there are also many good projects which actually work on development if you get chance only if you show your skills to team. They will assign you project on the basis of training results (if you are freshers). Also good for any experience professional. Everyone in company are so friendly. There is cafeteria where you can play table tenis, pool table carrom etc.

Nothing something that needs to be mentioned. Support projects are worst.
