Can play with your increments. Sometimes for no reason. Sometimes under the name of equality Zero work life balance if you are best employee No extra perks for out performing employees Sometimes your rapport with Manager decides your hike rather than your work Not much options to choose when we talk about technology. If you are lateral, mostly a conversion project is assigned. If you are a newly graduate, then mostly you get Ab Initio projects.

The company provide very comfortable environment and culture for work. It provide good salary package. Onsite opportunity are depends on projects.

Promotion and onsite opportunity process takes time for experienced person also. I did not received my last promotion on time, I used request it every time in in my appraisal meeting. That disliked me. I also did not get good chance to work in technologies in which I had prior experience.
