...ally support. Sometimes there were some development work if client asked for it. Talking about cultural is great, salary on time, timely appraisal. And there are also many good projects which actually work on development if you get chance only if you show your skills to team. They will assign you project on the basis of training results (if you are freshers). Also good for any experience professional. Everyone in company are so friendly. There is cafeteria where you can play table tenis, pool table carrom etc.

Nothing something that needs to be mentioned. Support projects are worst.

...e best place for you. You will get a good support from RMG team, HR team always. Salary hikes are awesome depending on you performance.

None at all. There are some benefits that are not there but if you are getting paid we don't really look at perks.

...s garaunteed but once you become senior resource then you might need to switch Starting salary is below average but appraisal are pretty good. All braches are in pune so very less travel opportunities On sight opportunities are also limited

A lot of politics at higher management level Leave approval is an issue Work life balance is very poor /mostly depends on project requirements Id to person mapping is not followed A lot of internal resource shuffling is done Very less innovation .. people follow the same approach to complete things
